After many, many months of work, we’re excited to share that we’ve updated our website and branding. We know you have questions about what this means for you, so we’re here to give you some answers.

1. Why did you decide to refresh the brand?
We embrace change, and we wanted to update and upgrade our brand experience to reflect our evolution. What does this mean for our clients and customers? More services (we’ve added new lines of business, like Skills Intelligence consulting), more quality content (we’re building out a library of workforce transformation resources), and a website that’s easier to navigate.
2. Have the website and emails changed?
Yes, we have updated our domain to talentready.ca. Website redirect links and email forwarding have been set up, so you should still end up in the right place during this transition. However, we encourage you to update your email address book, safe sender list, and website bookmarks when you have a moment.
3. As a partner, is any action required for me?
If you link to our website or have any of our old branding on your website or other intranets, we ask that you kindly update it at your convenience. Your point of contact at Talent will provide an updated logo file, link, and boilerplate, as applicable. Haven’t heard from us yet? Reach out at marketing@talentready.ca and we’ll ensure you have everything you need.
4. What does this mean for employees in my organization who are currently completing courses?
We have sent emails to our Learners explaining what they can expect to see in the Learning Management System (LMS). Basically what it comes down to is the same great content, but they’ll see some new branding rolling out, including our updated digital badge. No action is required on their part.
5. As a partner, client, or collaborator, do we need to update our contracts?
No, we did not change our legal business name, so there’s no extra paperwork for you.
6. I’m a learner, what does this mean for me?
No action is required on your part (except maybe updating your bookmark for our website). Keep an eye on your inbox for emails from our Operations Team about any course updates.
7. I’ve completed a course before, will my digital badge update automatically?
Thanks for being part of our learning community and congratulations on earning a digital badge. Our digital badges are connected to our badging platform, so they should automatically reflect on any of your social accounts, like LinkedIn.
